Most of the work of FEFA Institute is organized through five centers. These centers are formed on the basis of skills, knowledge and comparative advantage of FEFA academic staff, but also bearing in mind the „knowledge market“ and need for applied research, education, and consulting.

The director of FEFA Institute is prof. dr Mihailo Crnobrnja.

• CENTER FOR FINANCIAL RESERACH AND CORPORATE CONSULTING
• CENTER FOR ADVANCING COMPETITIVENES
• CENTER FOR CAREER GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING
• CENTER FOR ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND EDUCATION

FEFA Institute also runs a Lecture Series called "LEADERS". The objective of the Lecture Series is to supplement, and complement, regular academic curricula by exposing students, assistants and faculty staff to views, opinions, experience and expertise of leaders of industry, commerce, banking and the public life in the broadest sense of the word.
