FEFA smo osnovali sa idejom da bude simbol i lider reintegracije u regionalne i evropske strukture obrazovanja. Na tom putu našim studentima obezbedićemo nastavu najvišeg kvaliteta po evropskim standardima. Mislimo da je tako moguće privući kako one najbolje, koji imaju mogućnosti da odu na studije u inostranstvo, ali i one druge, brojnije, koji nemaju te mogućnosti ali su takođe visoko talentovani. U tom procesu insistiramo na izgradnji LIDERSTVA I KRITIČKOG RAZMIŠLJANJA kako bi naši studenti, sutra uspešni biznismeni i poslovni ljudi, posle školovanja po evropskim standardima i uz uvažavanje Bolonjske deklaracije, postali lideri biznisa, preduzetništva i društvenog prosperiteta na ovim prostorima.

Fakultet smo osnovali u decembru 2001. u Beogradu sa željom da postane regionalni centar modernog obrazovanja i izgradnje liderstva. On će biti usmeren na promociju kritičkog i analitickog razmišljanja koje treba da omogući studentima da razmahnu svoj talenat i osvoje veštinu liderstva i preduzetništva.

Kao potpuno nezavisna institucija, zasnovana na samofinansiranju, u njoj se posebno vrednuje autonomija. Preduzetnički duh, na kome je u suštini utemeljen i sam nastanak Fakulteta, biće ključna vrednost ovog projekta sa željom da je prenesemo i na naše studente.

Mi verujemo u sposobnost naših studenata, verujemo da će oni uskoro postati lideri promena i inovacija u ovom regionu. Zbog toga smo se i opredelili za realizaciju ovog projekta pod geslom: UČITI, VOLETI I SREĆNO ŽIVETI.

We founded the FEFA - Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration in December 2001, in Belgrade, with the idea that it would become the symbol and leader in reintegration into regional and European educational structures. On that path we provide the highest quality instruction to our students, measured by the European standards. It is the question of the educational level which we can offer not only to those who have an opportunity to study abroad, but also to many highly talented young people who have no such opportunity, but also wish to acquire high-quality education, based on the European and American models.

We were prompted to do so by the social need for creating an attractive alternative for young generations in Serbia, so that they stay in the country and acquire quality university education. In the teaching process we insist on building LEADERSHIP AND CRITICAL OPINION, so that our students - successful future businessmen - can develop into the most prominent business leaders and entrepreneurs, and the initiators of the prosperity of our society, upon the completion of their studies, which are in conformity with the European standards and the principles of the Bologna Declaration.

Our guiding idea is that FEFA becomes the regional center for modern education and the recognition of entrepreneurial spirit and primal leadership. Being committed to critical and analytical thinking, FEFA enables its students to develop their talents, display initiative and master the art of management and entrepreneurship. We are convinced that our country has a sufficient number of talented young people who can achieve as good results as their peers in the most advanced parts of the world, if they are offered a good alternative and a real chance. We decided to create such an alternative WITH A VIEW TO EDUCATING THE NEW BUSINESS ELITE AND BUILDING MODERN LEADERSHIP IN SERBIA. The new business elite and modern leaders will become the mainstay of the future development and prosperity of each individual as well as the society as a whole.

FEFA is an autonomous institution, which is financed from its own sources. The distinctive characteristic of this educational project is a firm belief in the ability of our students to rise to the leaders of change and innovativeness in this region, as well as a conviction that they will know how to recognize that chance as their alternative and turn it into the chance of their lifetime and perspective.
