Most of the work of the FEFA Institute is organised through four centers. These centers are formed on the basis of skills, knowledge and comparative advantage of FEFA academic staff, but also bearing in mind the „knowledge market" and need for applied research, education, and consulting.
The Centres are :
CENTRE FOR EUROPEAN INTEGRATION AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
CENTRE FOR FINANCIAL RESEARCH AND CORPORATE CONSULTING
CENTRE FOR ADVANCEMENT OF COMPETITIVENESS
There is also a Centre for career guidance and counselling, which assists students in finding internships, employment, further studies and provides counsel on career development.
FEFA Institute also runs a Lecture Series called "LEADERS". The objective of the Lecture Series is to supplement and complement the regular academic curricula by exposing students and faculty to opinions, experience and expertise of leaders from the private sector and the public life in the broadest sense of the word.
Activities of FEFA Institute include:
- Scientific research projects
- Applied research projects and consulting
- Management training
- Conferences, seminars and workshops
While we focus on tailor-made management training, please review the following list of trainings topics for readily-available trainings that could be organised and implemented by FEFA faculty and partners.
For more about specific projects, please see the activities of respective centres.
